RNA-FISH images of heterochromatin-gaining, gene cluster II RNA-binding protein gene transcripts (PcyM_0604800 and PcyM0944000, red) and the housekeeping gene transcript (PcyM_1250000/gapdh, green) in P. cynomolgi parasite-infected hepatocyte cultures at different time points after infection (days 2-6).
