Biosynthetic network of alpaca milk glycans after pruning. We used the network from (B) and removed inferred nodes from paths in diamond-shaped network motifs using the evoprune_network function in glycowork with default parameters (seeSTAR Methodsfor details). All networks were visualized with Cytoscape (v.3.9.1), although they can also be easily visualized using the plot_network function in glycowork.
