Maximum-intensity projections from a group of basal layer cells time lapse following wounding of a 3-dpf larva expressing mCherry and Lifeact-GFP in the basal cells that were wounded in the presence of E3 media,(TgBAC(Np63:Gal4); Tg(UAS:mCherry); Tg(UAS:LifeAct-EGFP)), and imaged using instant structured illumination microscope. Red arrowheads show large endocytic structures consistent with macropinosomes. See also Figure S4 and Videos S7 and S8.
