Line Plot from Scientific Research

The non-binarized original tracer signals in the upper layer compartments were averaged to show their 19 x 19-fm-vox planar spreads for 1,867 columnar patches, which were aligned in 3D to show the central convergence. These planar images were further averaged for the two groups (Sol and Con) and the intensities were measured along the red sampling lines.
