Co-immunoprecipitation of FLAG-tagged WT, ZnFm, ARMS, and 82bd versions of ZC3H4 with ARS2, ZCCHC8, or WDR82. Input is 5% and relevant antibodies are indicated. Parental HCT116 act as a negative control. The schematic displays the interpretation of the data, whereby ARS2 and NEXT associate with the N terminus and WDR82 to a more central domain.
