Autoregulation assays were performed after KD using the indicated siRNAs for 3-4 days. We note that KD of PAN2 did not lead to stabilization of tubulin mRNAs in autoregulation assays. PAN2 is the catalytic subunit of the PAN2-PAN3 complex that often initiates deadenylation before CCR4-NOT.23Data show the mean SD from 3 independent experiments. One sample for siPAN2 #1 was lost.
