STRING analysis of the 457 proteins immunoprecipitated with anti-ADNP from Th2 cells and identified by mass spectrometry. Connecting lines between proteins denote the confidence of the interactions (line thickness indicates the strength of data support). K means clustering was performed to identify three clusters represented by individual colors. Co-expression and co-occurrence were removed from active interaction sources.
