The number inside each circle denotes the number of sequences analyzed for the donor indicated above. The pie slice size is proportional to the number of clonal relatives. The colored slices indicate expanded clonotypes using the same VH and VL genes. The gray slices indicate expanded clonotypes using different VH and VL genes. White slices indicate single clonotypes that occur only once in donor’s repertoire.
