Individual E3 knockout 2fTGH-ISRE-Luc cells were treated (no transfection) with recombinant human IFN- to trigger JAK-STAT1/2 signaling for 12 h. The luciferase activity in each cell line is expressed as the average fold change over WT. The blue/red/gray dots are the knockouts in which the luciferase activity is higher/lower/ not different, than that in WT (black dot). Data are presented as mean S.E.M, ordinary one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s test; n = 3 biological independent experiments; p values are assigned as -log(P). Mock: sterile water.
