Microscopy from Scientific Research

Huh7 cells were infected with HCV (MOI = 0.1) for 48 h. Cells were fixed and labeled for EGFR (green), FUT8 (blue) and the Golgi marker GM130 (red). DAPI (cyan color) was used to stain nuclei. Purple arrows indicate the colocalization of EGFR with FUT8 and Golgi. Representative confocal microscopy images are shown.
