Geo Map from Scientific Research

Amino Acid sequence alignment of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein RBD domain and ACE2 receptor binding interface. The sequences from SARS-CoV-2 and human ACE2 were aligned using the NCBI BLAST suite. The alignment shows the key amino acids involved in the interaction between the viral spike protein and the human ACE2 receptor.
