PFS was longer in cohort 1 (adjusted HR: 0.53, 95% CI 0.34–0.84, P = 0.007) and shorter in cohort 3 (adjusted HR: 1.96 95% CI 1.21–3.15, P = 0.006) compared to cohort 2. The adjusted HR and P value were derived from a multivariable Cox proportional hazard model taking as reference cohort 2 and adjusted to the same variables used for the confirmed objective response. All statistical tests were two-sided.
