Quantification of the expression of representative cytokines (i.e., anti-inflammatory cytokines CD206 , Arginase-1 , IL-10 , and TGF-β and proinflammatory cytokines CD86 , iNOS , TNF-α , IL-6 , and IL-1β ), validated by qRT-PCR arrays.
