Column II ~ IX: lineage-specific clusters in V. sp. H4302, genus Vischeria , genus Monodopsis , genera Microchloropsis + Nannochloropsis , Monodopsidaceae, Eustigmatophyceae, Phaeophyceae, and Bacillariophyceae respectively. The lineage-specific clusters of Eustigmatophyceae and V. cf. polyphem are highlighted with red and green respectively.
