Bar Plot from Scientific Research

Dot plots displaying expression of selected phenotype markers in BMDM1 and BMDM2 populations. Genes shown in the plot were selected among the significantly higher expressed genes ( p < 0.05), The Wilcoxon rank sum test was employed as the statistical method. The size of the dots encodes the percentage of cells within a cluster expressing a particular marker. Color of the dots represents the average expression level throughout all cells within a cluster.
