Integrating cPGAP1 (orange) or yPGAP1 (green) into sec13-1 yPGAP1-KO cells (magenta) restores its temperature sensitivity as observed in the sec13-1 cells (blue). Shown are the growth curve at 35 C. These cells grew similarly at the permissive temperature (24 C). yPGAP1-KO (red) in the wildtype cells (WT, gray) had little effect on cell growth. Genotype of the cells are indicated. Average s.e.m.
