The selectivity is reported as function of the methane conversion at 25C using Equations 2 and 3 for (from left to right) Fe-MIL (green), general curve (from Latimer et al., 5 gray), TauD (magenta) =2P450 (dark blue), Fe-BEA (orange), 6P450 (light blue), and 4P450 (blue). The gray curve was obtained in Latimer et al. 5 by regression of data obtained by modeling a large and diversified set of catalysts for methane and methanol reaction (+-1sigma error of this curve is indicated as gray areas).
