Probability of ambiguous HR designation across multiple deposits. We show predicted probability of contradictory HR status calls (HR score < 42 vs. HR ≥ 42) as a function of HR score. Predicted probabilities come from a logistic regression model fitted to the observations across all samples: for each sample, there was another sample from the same patient with HR score on the opposite side of the HRD threshold of 42.
