Test group 1: breakdown of kilo voltage imaging devices on two machines so there was therefore no appropriate verification and standard treatment was given instead. Test group 2: one due to a departmental planning problem that meant the patient was unable to fulfil trial criteria and standard treatment was given instead; one patient required a bolus.
