Low-energy structural ensembles of R1066H and WT CFTR were generated and the differences in average residue Ca RMSD (mutant-WT) are projected onto PDB7SV7. Regions where the mutant structural ensemble exhibits greater structural variation are shown in red while those that adopt an ordered orientation are shown in blue.
