Heatmaps and Sankey plot of differentially expressed genes by monocytes in response to 250 M DMI, 1 ng/mL LPS, or LPS+DMI after 4 h stimulation or by macrophages trained with DMI and restimulated with 10 ng/mL LPS for 4 h, and scatterplot of -log10 (p value) and log2 fold change of the abundance of a transcription factor binding motif relative to background occurrence. Motifs were analyzed in the genes identified regarding monocytes (left) and macrophages (right) at 4 h and 6 days+4 h time points, respectively.
