Kymographs for Venus and mCherry channels for each of the two cultures, along the lines in (B). The lines in (B) along which we record the kymographs follow the trajectory of cells from the two tail buds that collide and spread in parallel away from the collision point. The same ROIs are placed on the mCherry kymographs to control for cell mixing.
