The immunoblot shows a time course of DAR3-GFP and 3HA-DA1 protein levels during A. candida Ac Em2 infection of Arabidopsis Ws-2 leaves expressing 35S::DAR3-GFP or 35S::3HA-DA1. Transgenic seedlings were treated with Em2 spores or water as a control. Tubulin was used as a loading control for plant protein levels. dpi, day post-inoculation. The panels on the left showing DAR3-GFP levels at 0 dpi were exposed for a shorter time than the other panel.
