Comparison of the in vitro phenotype with the clinical phenotype: normalized neurite length differences with and without ropinirole treatment are plotted in violin plots, and hierarchical clustering results are plotted in tree plots (Ward’s method, k = 2, optimal-responder in vitro group: n = 5, suboptimal-responder in vitro group: n = 15).
