CompositeZscore functional outcome was based on a battery of functional and quality of life endpoints (FAS, entire trial period; post hoc). Z: the amount of change at each measurement time point (weeks 13, 24, 39, and 50) from the values at 12 weeks after the interim registration for each item was calculated, and the amount of change was converted to aZscore. Then, a comparison between groups was performed. Differences > 0 indicate a positive treatment effect of ropinirole. I bars represent the 95% CIs.
