The diagram illustrates the screening, randomization, and follow-up processes in the ROPALS trial. Trial participants who completed the run-in period were randomized to receive either ropinirole or placebo at a 3:1 ratio. Due to dynamic allocation and adjustment factors, 13 participants were assigned to receive ropinirole hydrochloride, and 7 were assigned to receive a placebo (approximately a 2:1 ratio).
