Workflow from Scientific Research

Animals were trained for three cycles with butanone (top row, 3XBtn), trained once with butanone then swam in food mixed with buffer for two cycles (1XBtn + 2XFood), swam in food for two cycles then trained once with butanone (2XFood + 1XBtn), or trained once with butanone (bottom row, 1XBtn). After training, quiescence was assessed with WorMotel. Learning was assessed with a chemotaxis assay immediately after training and memory with a chemotaxis assay 16 h later.
