For the square area, the bitmap mode was used with 105 mW laser power and 100 mm s 1 scanning speed. The gradient began at the right bottom corner (12 mW laser power, 1 ms). The laser power increased by 13 mW per line and the irradiation time increased by 1 ms per row.
