Comparison of charge carrier mobilities and optical bandgaps of 2DCP-MPcs with reported COFs (light wine spots) and MOFs (light blue spots) measured by THz spectroscopy at ambient temperature (Supplementary Fig. 61 and Supplementary Table 4 provide a comprehensive comparison and references). The reported powder samples exhibit mobilities below 70 cm2 V −1 s −1 (underneath the dashed reference line).
