The ω{dip}/ωm^{o} reduction is expected to be about 0.75 when the potential is quartic; in this case, although the linear part of F eff is zero, the nonlinear part of F eff combined with thermal vibrations substantially renormalizes ω m. The confidence-interval error bars arise primarily from the standard deviation in ω m quantified from different driven spectral response measurements.
