Within each variant group (HC-PTV carriers and noncarriers, for AD genes) individuals were grouped by decile of polygenic score for 290 ANM-associated common variants 11 . Boxes show the values of the lower quartile, median and upper quartile; whiskers show the most extreme value within a distance of 1.5 times of the interquartile range from the lower and upper quartiles, respectively; outliers are shown as individual points (density of points reflects number of individuals).
