Association was tested by linear regression in REGENIE. Results are plotted for all genes in any mask that passed the Bonferroni corrected threshold for multiple testing of 105 genes and three masks, that is, 315 tests ( P = 0.05/315 = P < 1.6 x 10 -4 ). There were no HC-PTV carriers for NR5A1. Points indicate the effect estimate for each burden test on ANM in years, with lines indicating 95% CI.
