A total of 17 genes were identified as monoallelic in the GEL Panel App and are colored according to the strength of evidence categories: green and amber (Supplementary Table 2 ). In addition, 24 genes were reported in the literature to be a likely monogenic cause of POI in the heterozygous state but were not included on the Panel App (gray). The numbers in brackets on the right represent N POI cases/ N controls carrying HC-PTVs in each gene. Boxes show the values of the lower quartile, median and upper quartile; whiskers show the most extreme value within a distance of 1.5 times of the interquartile range from the lower and upper quartiles, respectively; outliers are shown as individual points.
