Workflow from Scientific Research

Schematic of experimental workflow. Autopsy samples from the occipital cortex, cerebellum and putamen were digested to prepare single nuclei suspensions. Nuclei were then stained and sorted using antibodies to c-MAF + (a marker of myeloid cells) and NeuN + (a marker of neuronal cells), followed by amplicon sequencing for CHIP variants.
