Phenome-wide association study of the effect of S-LoFs in autism-associated genes using the PHESANT software on 18,224 traits from the UK Biobank ( Methods ). P values were corrected for multiple testing using the FDR method and shown for all tested phenotypes (complete results shown in Supplementary Table 6 ).
