GJ-mediated communication as detected by a GJ-permeable dye. H295R cells were transfected with either WT or mutant CADM1-GFP vectors. A single transfected cell (red arrowhead) was then injected with the GJ-impermeable dye (WGA) and the GJ-permeable dye (calcein red).
