Survival analysis of lifetime risk of kidney failure for IgAN cases in the top 90th percentile of the GPS distribution (n = 2,879 cases with follow-up data). The x axis shows age starting from 18 years, and the y axis shows survival probability without kidney failure with the number of participants at risk at each age cut-off of 20, 40, 60 and 80 years depicted below.
