Validation of the final assembly of the terminal 1 Mb regions for chromosome 4. Red pentagrams indicated the ONT reads used to correct the telomere length for corresponding chromosomal ends, in which the telomeric repeats harbored by them were longer than other reads mapped to corresponding ends.
