Workflow from Scientific Research

SELECTIV-KO mice were bred with Myh6-Cre mice on an Aavr KO background to generate mice with AAVR overexpression in the heart and lung while lacking endogenous Aavr expression (SELECTIV-KO-Myh6). Littermate controls heterozygous (control) or homozygous for the endogenous Aavr -KO allele (AAVR-KO) were also produced during breeding.
