Ex vivo quantification of AAV vector particles present in dissected heart, liver, lung and blood as determined at 22 h post-injection by PET. Mean value and s.e.m. are shown ( n = 3 mice). The P value was calculated using an ordinary one-way ANOVA with a Holm–Šídák’s multiple comparisons post-test, with ** P < 0.01, * P < 0.05 (heart P = 0.012, liver P = 0.0053, lung P = 0.16, blood P = 0.17).
