Control and SELECTIV-WB mice were injected intravitreally with AAV2-GFP (n = 5 mice per group, male and female, 6-7 months of age). Retinal transduction was tracked over time using fundus autofluorescence imaging and ex vivo by fluorescent microscopy of retinal wholemounts.
