Correlogram of 12 male-specific genes expressed as log-counts-per-million from 69 lymphoblastoid cells derived from male (29) and female (40) Yoruba individuals. Variables (genes) are reordered to emphasize the similarity among of their relations. Lower triangle: correlations shown by color and intensity of shading; upper triangle: by circle filled proportionally to the correlation strength.
