After each treatment, the representative LB agar plates showed the S. aureus or E. coli colonies. Either S. aureus or E. coli were incubated with H 2 O, BSA1 (25 M), BSA2 (100 M), cecropin 3 (25 M), or lebocin (100 M) at 25 C with agitation for 1 h. The mixture was diluted and plated onto the LB agar plates.
