The representative LB agar plates showed the colonies of S. aureus or E. coli. Either S. aureus or E. coli were incubated with the plasma from the larvae at 12 and 48 h post-injection (hpi) of M. rileyi blastospores or PBS (control). The mixture was diluted and plated onto the LB agar plates.
