De novo motif analysis was performed with HOMER on clusters c7, c11, c12, and c14. The fraction of peaks with the indicated motif is shown for each ccluster. Motifs are sorted according to increasing p -value (cf. Additional File 4 : Supplementary Data 3). The most highly enriched motif contains the core motif AGAAnnTCTT consisting of two conserved HSE elements [ 46 ].
