Statistical significances in (B) were detected with Mann-Whitney test. Bar graphs are shown as median ± interquartile range (IQR). Spearman’s rank correlation test was applied for assessing correlations between variables. In (A)–(C), cells from each donor were analyzed in independent experiments.
