Violin Plot from Scientific Research

Node centrality analysis of DRM network; shown are violin plots of value distribution of five centrality indexes calculated for every node (protein) in the inferred DRM PPI network. To allow comparison between different centrality indexes, values are plotted as log10. On top, for every centrality index is reported the log10value of TTN, along with its percentile ranking.
