UMAP from Scientific Research

UMAPs based on the arcsinh-transformed expression of 33 markers evaluated in total CD8+ T cells from patients with PsA (n = 7) or RA (n = 4). From each sample, 38,000 cells were randomly selected. UMAPs show cell expression levels of CD69 (left column) and CD103 (right column), stratified by disease: PsA (top row) and RA (bottom row). Cells were clustered based on surface and intracellular markers.
