Docking poses of 2A4MP (4, Figure1) in the active centers of SgGriF a) and SzTYR b): a) In SgGriF, the phenolic hydroxy group of 2A4MP (grey) is stabilized by H-bonding (red dotted line, distance: 2.2 A) to the amide group of asparagine (Asn43, magenta). This leads to the nitrogen atom from the amino group of 2A4MP being oriented towards the dicopper center.
