Significantly different BA species between monkeys that were treated with DT-109 and those administered vehicle (LCA, lithocholic acid; UDCA, ursodeoxycholic acid; HDCA, hyodeoxycholic acid; MCA, muricholic acid). Comprehensive analysis of BA species was performed on fecal samples from cynomolgus monkeys that were treated with DT-109 or vehicle for 5 months (n = 5). Data are means ± SEM showing all points. Statistical differences were compared by unpaired t test or Mann-Whitney U test depending on normality tests.
